To help us assess and value your item accurately, please provide the following:
1. Lighting & Background
Take photos in natural daylight or bright, even indoor lighting. Avoid flash, dim rooms, or strong shadows. Use a plain, uncluttered background (a bed, table, or neutral surface works well).
2. All-Around Views
Capture the full item from the front, back, both sides, the base, and the top, so we can see its overall shape and condition.
3. Interior Shots
Photograph the inside of the bag, including the lining, pockets, and any interior tags or stamps.
4. Hardware & Details
Close-up shots of zippers, clasps, buckles, studs, and the logo plate or engraving help us assess hardware condition and authenticity.
5. Authenticity Markers
Include clear photos of the serial number, date code, or authenticity card if your item has one — these are usually found on an interior tag or stamped into the leather.
6. Imperfections & Wear
Please photograph any scratches, marks, stains, discolouration, corner wear, or hardware tarnishing up close. Honest, detailed photos of flaws help us provide an accurate valuation from the start and avoid delays later.
7. Straps & Handles
Photograph the handles and strap separately, including the areas where they attach to the bag, as these often show the most wear.
8. Accessories & Packaging
If you still have the dust bag, original box, authenticity card, or care booklet, please include a photo — these can increase your item's resale value.
