Returns, Refunds & Your Rights

At Aimée Maison, every item is carefully described, photographed, and authenticated before it reaches you. Because our pieces are pre-loved, we ask that you review all product descriptions, condition notes, and photos carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind Returns

All items are final sale for change of mind.

We're unable to accept returns simply because you've changed your mind or found something you prefer. Pre-owned luxury pieces are unique, one-of-a-kind items that are removed from other buyers once sold, and condition details and photos are provided in full before purchase to help you make an informed decision.

If you have questions about an item before purchasing, sizing, condition, additional photos, or anything else, please contact us before placing your order. We're happy to help.

Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items

We stand behind every item we sell. If your item arrives and there is a genuine fault, damage that was not disclosed in the product listing, or the item is materially different from how it was described, we will make it right.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

As an Australian consumer, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that apply regardless of our returns policy. These include the right to a remedy for goods that:

  • Are faulty or unsafe
  • Don't match the description or images provided
  • Don't do what they were represented to do

For a minor issue, we will offer a repair first. For a major failure, where a reasonable person would not have bought the item knowing of the problem, you are entitled to a full refund.

These rights are in addition to any goodwill remedies we offer.

Authenticity

Every item sold by Aimée Maison is authenticated before listing. In the unlikely event that an item you have purchased is found to be inauthentic, please contact us within 90 days of purchase. We will arrange a full review and issue a complete refund if inauthenticity is confirmed.
