3. Inspection & Valuation
Within 24–48 hours, our specialists will inspect your submission and conduct market research to determine the optimal resale price. We'll be in touch with full details — condition feedback, recommended pricing, your commission split, and your 90-day consignment period, and ask for your approval before moving forward.
4. Dispatch & Authentication
Once approved, we'll send a prepaid shipping label so your item can be sent to us securely. On arrival, your piece is authenticated through LegitGrails, an industry-leading hybrid authentication service combining expert human analysis with AI technology, delivering a 99.3% accuracy rate. Once verified, it's professionally photographed, written up, and listed across our website and marketing channels.
5. Sale & Payout
When your item sells, we'll notify you within 24–48 hours. We'll then confirm your banking details and process your payout promptly.
6. If Your Item Doesn't Sell
Our consignment period runs for 90 days. If your item hasn't sold within that time, it will be returned to you within 3–5 business days. Should you wish to withdraw your item earlier than the 90-day period, a 10% fee calculated on the agreed resale price will apply.
